Tennessee SB2114 modifies the state's traffic offense laws by allowing individuals convicted of speeding to remove points from their driving record by completing a department-approved driver education course. If the course is successfully completed within 90 days of the conviction, up to five points can be removed. The act takes effect on July 1, 2026.
