SB2110 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, by adding a new subdivision (a)(1)(G) to Section 39-13-527 and appropriately redesignating the current and subsequent subdivisions. The changes apply to offenses occurring on or after July 1, 2026.
