Tennessee SB2082 makes appropriations for state government expenses for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

Tennessee SB2082 allocates funds for the administration, operation, and maintenance of the state's legislative, executive, and judicial branches, as well as for state aid, capital outlay, public debt service, and emergency contingencies for fiscal years 2025 and 2026. The bill repeals certain appropriations and establishes provisions, limitations, and restrictions on how funds can be spent. It also recognizes a revenue loss from bills that forgo previously uncollected revenue without increasing expenditures. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
