Tennessee SB2078 requires the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) to submit a one-time report to specified committees identifying fiscal years since 2004 where net lottery proceeds were insufficient to fully fund scholarships and grants. The report must detail any pro rata reductions in awards or draws from the general shortfall reserve subaccount to cover deficiencies. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
