Tennessee SB2055 amends state law to allow local education agencies and public charter schools to provide access to private pay services for students with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays during school hours. These services must be aligned with the student's individualized education program (IEP) and not disrupt the classroom environment. Parents must consent to these services, and they can choose the provider. A licensed behavior analyst must supervise the services.
