Tennessee SB2035 amends Title 68, Chapter 140, of the Tennessee Code Annotated to establish new certification requirements for air medical communications specialists. These specialists must obtain certification within six months of employment from either a flight program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) or a flight program through the International Association of Medical Transport. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
