Tennessee SB2030 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 40, Chapter 39, Part 2, to mandate that sexual offenders or violent sexual offenders notify campground owners of their status before staying overnight. Failure to provide this notice constitutes an offense. This act takes effect July 1, 2026.
