AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to the state uterine fibroids commission.

Establishes the State Uterine Fibroids Commission to advise on uterine fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome, and endometriosis.

The bill establishes the State Uterine Fibroids Commission, composed of eleven members appointed by the governor, the speaker of the house, and the speaker of the senate. The commission will evaluate existing groups, support reporting, and provide recommendations on policy for uterine fibroids and related conditions. It will also hold quarterly public meetings and submit an annual report to the legislature. The Department of Health will provide administrative assistance.
