Tennessee SB1956 amends state law to require the secretary of state to compile and publish a report on the number of nonprofit corporate registrations administratively revoked for violations over the last three years. The report must be sent to the general assembly and other officials by December 31, 2026. The requirement to compile this report is repealed on January 1, 2027.
