Allows Tennessee local governing bodies to include electronic participation in community meetings.

The bill amends Tennessee Code to allow local governing bodies to include electronic participation in community meetings. It requires that members of the public can view and listen to the meeting in real time, attend in person if desired, and access the meeting electronically. The meeting must be recorded and posted online within four business days, and kept available for at least a year. Members participating electronically must be identifiable and able to hear and speak to each other during the meeting.
