Amends Tennessee zoning laws to require residency in the county for at least twelve months before appointment to the board of zoning appeals.

Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12 and Title 13, relative to zoning. Requires a person to reside in the county for at least twelve months before being eligible for appointment to the board of zoning appeals. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
