Tennessee SB1857 amends the state's education and wildlife codes to permit local education agencies and public charter schools to incorporate hunter education courses into their physical education, health, or safety curricula for students in grades five through twelve. These courses must be approved by the wildlife resources agency as a hunter education course. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
