Renames the plazas in front of War Memorial Auditorium to Winfield Dunn War Memorial Plaza.

This bill amends Tennessee Code to rename the plazas located in front of War Memorial Auditorium. The Legislative Plaza and War Memorial Plaza are now designated as the Winfield Dunn War Memorial Plaza. The changes update references in Title 3, Title 4, and Title 58 of the Tennessee Code Annotated. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
