Tennessee SB1808 urges the study of requiring personal trailers for boat transportation to be registered in the state.

Tennessee SB1808 amends state code to urge the study of the impact on transportation infrastructure needs from requiring personal trailers used for boat transportation to be registered in Tennessee. If the study is conducted, the Department of Transportation must report findings and recommendations to relevant legislative committees by January 1, 2027. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
