Tennessee SB1805 amends TennCare by adjusting percentage limits and removing certain subsections and parts.

Tennessee SB1805 amends TennCare by changing the percentage limit from sixty-seven and one-half percent (67.5%) to one hundred and ten percent (110%). It also removes a subsection from Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 71-5-165(b) and deletes an entire part from Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 71, Chapter 5, Part 15. Additionally, it mandates that any remaining funds in the ambulance service assessment revenue fund after June 30, 2026, must stay in the fund until expended or disbursed according to existing rules. The act is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
