SB1763 amends Tennessee Code to ensure that homeowners' associations cannot prohibit or penalize first responders from parking their emergency vehicles at their residences or on adjacent roadways. This protection applies to firefighters, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, emergency management personnel, and law enforcement officers. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
