This bill amends Tennessee Code to redefine "local government" for the purposes of sober living homes. It specifies that "local government" means a county, and an incorporated city or town within such county, with a population of not less than 366,200 and not more than 366,300, or not less than 79,800 and not more than 79,900, according to the 2020 or a subsequent federal census. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
