Tennessee SB1551 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 49, Chapter 11, Part 2, relative to the Tennessee council for career and technical education. It deletes a subdivision from Section 4-29-247(a) and adds a new subdivision to Section 4-29-251(a). The act takes effect upon becoming law.
