Amends Tennessee Code to clarify the creation of the State Board of Accountancy.
The bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 62, Chapter 1 to clarify the creation of the State Board of Accountancy. It inserts a new subdivision into Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-251(a) to explicitly state that the State Board of Accountancy is created by § 62-1-104. This act becomes effective immediately upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires.
