Tennessee SB1538 amends Tennessee Code to establish that the Sex Offender Treatment Board, created by § 39-13-704, and other state government departments, commissions, boards, agencies, or councils created during 2032 will terminate on June 30, 2034. The act also allows for the continuation, reestablishment, or restructuring of any terminated entity in accordance with the chapter. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
