SB1533 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 26 and Title 4, Chapter 29, to establish a new subdivision within the Office of Business Enterprise. This act introduces a new provision to Section 4-29-251(a) by inserting the Office of Business Enterprise, which was created by Section 4-26-101. The changes are effective immediately upon the act becoming law.
