Tennessee SB1532 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 63, Chapter 13, Part 5, relative to the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact. It deletes a subdivision from Section 4-29-247(a) and adds a new section 4-29-255, which terminates the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact on June 30, 2034. Additionally, it terminates any governmental entities created during calendar year 2032 on the same date. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
