Tennessee SB1524 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 37, Chapter 4, Part 1, to terminate the Interstate Compact for Juveniles and other governmental entities created in 2032 by June 30, 2034. The act allows for the continuation, reestablishment, or restructuring of these terminated entities in accordance with state law. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
