Tennessee SB1485 amends Title 66, Chapter 24 of the Tennessee Code to require that deeds of conveyance of real property include the name and address of the property owner and the person or entity responsible for paying real property taxes. This act also allows the use of this information for service of process. The changes take effect July 1, 2026.
