Amends Tennessee Code to allow municipal courts to order remediation of property maintenance violations and assess costs against property owners.

The bill amends Tennessee Code to allow municipal courts to order remediation of property maintenance violations when a person or entity fails to remedy the violation within 30 days of the court's finding. The cost of remediation must be assessed against the property owner in the form of a lien. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
