The bill amends Tennessee Code to allow municipal courts to order remediation of property maintenance violations when a person or entity fails to remedy the violation within 30 days of the court's finding. The cost of remediation must be assessed against the property owner in the form of a lien. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
