Amends the City of Red Boiling Springs' salary provisions for the mayor and council.

The bill amends the City of Red Boiling Springs' salary provisions for the mayor and council. It sets the mayor's annual salary at a minimum of $18,200, paid in monthly installments of $1,516.66. Council members' annual salary is set at a minimum of $1,800, paid in monthly installments of $150. The council can set their own salaries and benefits, but must follow Tennessee State Constitution rules. The bill takes effect immediately for approval or rejection, but otherwise follows the approval process outlined in Section 3.
