Expands the Tenth School District Board of Education from three to five members.

This bill amends the Tenth School District of Wilson County to expand its Board of Education from three to five members. The board will be divided into five districts of equal population, with one member elected from each district. Board members must be over 25 years old and reside in their district for more than one year prior to election. The board will elect a Chairperson and Secretary from its members. The bill also establishes staggered four-year terms for board members, with odd-numbered districts serving two-year terms initially to maintain a staggered board.
