This bill creates a fifth division for the General Sessions and Juvenile Courts of Montgomery County, Tennessee. The division will have the same terms of court, jurisdiction, and powers as the existing divisions. The county legislative body will appoint a judge for the fifth division until an election is held. The judge will serve an eight-year term. The county commission will provide necessary supplies and furnishings for the new division. The act requires approval by a two-thirds vote of the county legislative body to take effect.
