Tennessee SB1414 amends state law to safeguard 340B entities from interference in acquiring or delivering drugs under the federal 340B drug discount program. The bill prohibits drug manufacturers and their affiliates from denying, restricting, or limiting the acquisition or delivery of 340B drugs to these entities. It also bars additional requirements or limitations on 340B entities, such as data submission, unless explicitly required by federal or state law. Violations of these provisions are subject to civil penalties of up to $50,000 per violation. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.
