Tennessee SB1176 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, to regulate the storage of firearms, ammunition, and accessories in cities, towns, municipalities, or metropolitan governments with populations of at least 181,000, located in counties with populations of at least 366,200, based on the 2020 federal census or any subsequent federal census. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.
