Tennessee SB1166 requires the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to submit annual reports to the speakers of the Senate and House of Representatives starting January 1, 2026. These reports detail instances of DUI arrests where no alcohol or other intoxicants were detected. Each report must include the law enforcement agency responsible for the arrest. This act becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
