This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 57, to change the duration of certain alcoholic beverage permits from a maximum of 30 days to 45 days. The change applies to permits that may extend for not to exceed thirty (30) days, now allowing them to extend for not to exceed forty-five (45) days. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
