Tennessee SB1140 amends Tennessee Code to allow the issuance of free temporary hunting licenses to disabled veterans for hunts sponsored by not-for-profit organizations. The license duration cannot exceed the length of the hunting experience or seven days. The executive director or their designee must accept a certification from the veterans' administration as proof of service-connected disability. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.
