Tennessee SB1086 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, Chapter 50, to declare invalid in Tennessee any driver licenses issued by other states exclusively to illegal aliens. The Tennessee Department of Safety must develop and publish a list of such invalid licenses on its website by December 1, 2025, updating it as necessary. Operating a motor vehicle in Tennessee with an invalid license is a Class B misdemeanor. The act takes effect January 1, 2026.
