This bill amends Tennessee Code to allow the TennCare director to implement measures, including seeking a federal waiver, to provide Katie Beckett enrollees with the option to use their allotted wraparound home- and community-based services funds through a health reimbursement arrangement. The act becomes effective upon becoming law.
