Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35 and Title 8, Chapter 36, relative to retirement. The bill changes the language from "annually" to "annually, or at such other intervals as may be set by the board," allowing the retirement board to determine the intervals for certain actions. This act takes effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring it.
