Allows students to substitute career and technical education credits for certain required courses.
This bill amends Tennessee's high school graduation requirements by allowing students working on a career and technical education elective focus to replace up to four required course credits with career and technical education credits. The credits can substitute for chemistry, computer science, world language, and Algebra II. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
