Amends anatomical gift laws to clarify refusal processes and penalties for violations.

Amends Tennessee Code to allow individuals to refuse anatomical gifts via signed writing or oral statement. A procurement organization must contact specified persons within six hours of a decedent's death if no refusal exists. If a procurement organization fails to contact within this timeframe, the remains must be released to the funeral home. Prohibits anatomical gifts if the decedent refused and there is a signed writing or attestation. Establishes a civil penalty for entities violating these provisions three or more times. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
