Allows participating counties to terminate the homebuyers revolving loan program if loans exceed initial fund capitalization.

This bill amends the Tennessee homebuyers revolving loan program by allowing participating counties to terminate their involvement if the loans they have made exceed the initial capitalization of the loan fund pool. Upon termination, these counties can retain all funds, including initial capitalization and interest earnings on repayments. This change takes effect July 1, 2025.
