Tennessee SB0795 amends Tennessee Code to allow local governments to purchase goods and services from vendors with General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contracts at the current GSA schedule prices. Local governments can use their own terms and conditions instead of the GSA's. The purchases must not exceed the prices in the GSA contracts. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
