Amends Tennessee law to include honorably discharged members of the national guard in veterans' benefits.

This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-50-354, to include honorably discharged members of the national guard in the definition of honorably discharged veterans. It also requires these individuals to provide an honorable discharge certificate, Department of Defense form 256 (DD 256), or Report of Separation and Record of Service, NGB form 22, as proof of their discharge status. The changes take effect immediately upon the bill becoming law.
