Tennessee SB0778 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, Chapter 50, to classify traffic citations for driving with a cancelled, suspended, or revoked license as nonmoving traffic violations. This change applies to both Class A and Class B misdemeanor offenses. The act takes effect on July 1, 2025.
