This bill amends Tennessee building regulations to extend the deadline for decisions on written appeals from ten working days to fifteen calendar days. This change applies to both Title 68, Chapter 102 and Title 68, Chapter 120 of the Tennessee Code Annotated. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
