Changes the term limit for the Tennessee Board of Ground Water Management from two to three consecutive full terms.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4 and Title 69, to change the term limit for the Board of Ground Water Management from more than two consecutive full terms to more than three consecutive full terms. The change takes effect immediately upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires it.
