Tennessee SB0672 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, concerning obstruction of passageways. It changes the penalties for obstructing a passageway, making intentional obstruction of a highway, street, or other vehicle passage a Class D felony. Other violations are classified as Class E felonies or Class C misdemeanors. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.
