Allows nonprofit religious organizations without a physical location to obtain a motor vehicle dealer license in Tennessee.

This bill amends Tennessee law to allow nonprofit religious organizations without an established place of business to qualify for a motor vehicle dealer license. To be eligible, the organization must be organized or incorporated in Tennessee, have its certificate of incorporation or authority in good standing, and run a program that donates vehicles and provides free repairs to individuals in need. These donations and services must support the individual's effort to become self-sufficient. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
