Tennessee SB0638 urges the Department of Agriculture to study and recommend ways to reduce vapor product sales, distribution, and use by persons.

Tennessee SB0638 amends Tennessee Code to urge the Department of Agriculture to study the effects of vapor product sales, distribution, and use by individuals under 21 years of age. The Department is encouraged to make recommendations to the legislature aimed at reducing these activities. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
