Tennessee SB0621 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2, Chapter 10, to require the registry of election finance to enumerate examples of in-kind contributions. These examples must be provided to each member of the general assembly and each candidate for state office. The registry must promulgate these rules in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
