SB0558 amends Tennessee Code to allow the fish and wildlife commission to create rules and guidelines for wildlife resources agency sport shooting ranges. The wildlife resources agency can contract for the operation and maintenance of these facilities. Fees collected from the public must be deposited in the wildlife resources fund. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
