The Tennessee National Guard Servicemember's Medical Readiness Act creates a program within the military department to reimburse eligible Tennessee National Guard members for premiums paid for TRICARE reserve select or TRICARE dental program coverage. The act takes effect July 1, 2025, and does not appropriate funds.
